The present invention relates to the field of neurotrophic gene therapy and is based on genomics and nanotechnology in combination with a drug therapy, thereby promoting mitogenic, neurogenic, and neuritogenic events for the treatment of Parkinsons disease at any stage. More particularly, the invention comprises associating the systemic administration of a dopaminergic agonist D3 with BDNF gene transfection using NTS-polyplex macromolecular vector in dopaminergic neurons of the substantia nigra to promote the restoration of the nigrostriatal dopaminergic pathway in the treatment of Parkinsons disease.La présente invention concerne le domaine de la thérapie génique neurotrophique et repose sur la génomique et la nanotechnologie en association avec une pharmacothérapie, favorisant ainsi les événements mitogènes, neurogènes et neuritogènes pour le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson à nimporte quel stade. Plus particulièrement, linvention comprend lassociation de ladministration systémique dun agoniste dopaminergique D3 et la transfection dun gène BDNF au moyen dun vecteur macromoléculaire NTS-polyplexe dans des neurones dopaminergiques de la substance noire, pour favoriser la restauration de la voie dopaminergique nigro-striée dans le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson.
