PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue collecting instrument capable of collecting a plurality of polyps.SOLUTION: A tissue collecting instrument includes a body which can be expanded from a penetrating state of allowing a forceps port of an endoscope to penetrate and forms a hollow space in the interior in the expanded state. In the body, the interior is divided into a plurality of storing chambers 15r, one face of each storing chamber 15r is constituted by the surface of the body, and one face of each storing chamber 15r is provided with a communication port for communicating each chamber with the outside. The interior of the body is divided into the plurality of storing chambers 15r, and in any storing chamber 15r, one face is constituted by the outside surface of the body provided with a communication port. Therefore, when polyps are put in the respective storing chambers 15r through the communication ports, the plurality of polyps can be stored in the separate state.
