PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet splitting apparatus capable of easily and freely attaching and detaching a blade 41 of a cutting mechanism 40.SOLUTION: The tablet splitting apparatus has a falling tablet guide member 31 in which a falling tablet falling channel 32 is carved and formed, a cutting mechanism moving the blade 41 forward and rearward to the cutting position in the middle of the channel 32, and a body part 24 in which an opening 54 is formed, the falling pellet guide member 31 and a supporting member 28 engage with and separate from each other by sliding movement, and the blade 41 and the blade moving forward-and-rearward means 43 also engage with and separate from each other by sliding movement, the sliding directions are parallel and toward the opening 54. Further, a plate-like jig body part 61 of a remover 60 (blade changing jig) capable of engaging with and separating from the supporting member 28 by sliding movement temporarily engages with the supporting member 28 and is inserted and withdrawn to the body part 24 from the opening 54 instead of the falling tablet guide member 31, thereby the blade 41 mounted on the blade moving forward-and-rearward means 43 is caught by the blade holding part 64 and goes out from the body part 24 along with the remover 60.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】裁断機構40の刃41を容易かつ気軽に着脱しうる錠剤分割装置を実現する。【解決手段】錠剤落下経路32が彫り込み形成された落下錠剤案内部材31と、経路32の途中の裁断位置に刃41を進退させる裁断機構と、開口54が形成された本体部24とを備え、落下錠剤案内部材31と支持部材28とが摺動にて係合・分離し、刃41と刃進退部材43も摺動にて係合・分離し、それらの摺動方向が平行で開口54に向かっている。また、支持部材28に摺動にて係合・分離しうるリムーバ60(刃交換治具)の板状の治具本体部61を落下錠剤案内部材31に代えて支持部材28に一時的に係合させて開口54から本体部24に挿抜すると、刃進退部材43に装着されていた刃41が刃保持部64に捕捉されてリムーバ60と一緒に本体部24から出て来るようになっている。【選択図】 図1
