An edible mix includes granulated lemon juice solids, granulated citric acidor granulated malic acid, and encapsulated natural lemon oil. In oneembodiment, the edible mix also includes granulated maltodextrin, granulatedascorbic acid, and granulated lactose. In one embodiment, the components ofthe edible mix are mechanically mixed together to form a substantiallyhomogeneous composition. In one embodiment, several of the components areblended by an agglomeration method.
