PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic preparation which has high ultraviolet light-shielding effect, high temporal stability, good feeling of use, and also excellent easiness of removing after use.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic preparation contains a component (A): diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, a component (B): volatile silicone with a boiling point of 200°C or less, a component (C): volatile hydrocarbon with a boiling point of 200°C or less, a component (D): pentahydroxystearate decaglyceryl, a component (E): dipolyhydroxystearate PEG-30, and a component (F): polyether-modified silicone with an HLB of 1-8 and a kinematic viscosity of 200 mm2/s or less at 25°C.
