The present invention relates to a formulation comprising pegylated erythropoietin protein (PEG-EPO), surfactants, isotonic agents, amino acids, polyols and buffers. The novel formulation comprising the pegylated erythropoietin protein according to the present invention improves physical instability and chemical modification by organic binding of the components contained in the formulation and enhances stability by minimizing physicochemical modification due to long-term storage. Also, the viscosity of the formulation is low and thus the formulation can be usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition such as an injection for single administration.본 발명은 페길레이션된 에리스로포이에틴 단백질(PEG-EPO), 계면활성제, 등장화제, 아미노산, 폴리올 및 완충제를 포함하는 제제에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 페길레이션된 에리스로포이에틴 단백질을 포함하는 신규한 제제는 위 제제에 포함된 성분들의 유기적 결합에 의해 물리적 불안정성 및 화학적 변성을 개선하고, 장기간 보관에 따른 물리화학적 변성을 최소화하여 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제제의 점도가 낮아 단회 투여용 주사제 등의 의약 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
