<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a field device and an interlock with a simpler configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Switches 31 to 34 are connected in series and constitute an interlock 3. The interlock 3 is connected in series to a power supply 1, a pressure gauge (field device) 2 and a shunt resistance 5. Thus, the state of the interlock 3 (connection state of the switches 31 to 34) can be monitored by using a direct current flowing in the transmission path of the field device.
