The operation chamber is used for accommodating at least one object. The temperature controlling device is used to control a temperature of the operation chamber within a specific temperature range. The cool-condensation chamber is communicated with the operation chamber. The vacuum device communicated with the cool-condensation chamber controls a vacuum degree of the operation chamber.
