The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for providing painless mode of drug or vaccine injection into the patient"s skin with the help of a pain free intramuscular nozzle type gun injection device (PIN GUN). The PIN GUN device includes a vacuum chamber with a hollow plunger for delivering the drug into the skin using low suction pressure. The PIN Gun injector can be used to deliver drugs or biological products with enhanced safety, improved dosing accuracy and increased patient compliance, particularly in self-administration settings.
