The claimed invention relates to medicine, in particular to the devices for physical medicine by electro- and vacuum therapy. More particularly, the invention relates to a multifunctional apparatus for physical therapy, which allows conducting combined and/or complex therapy by punctual darsonvalization, vacuum impact and delivery to the drug effect point. The apparatus represents a complex comprising of a radio-frequency unit, vacuum treatment unit, drugs (in particular, liquid dosage forms) output unit and patients condition monitoring facilities, which are interconnected through a microcontroller based operating modes control and modes annunciation unit. The operating modes control and modes annunciation unit is constructed so that a control type can be chosen from the group, comprising an automatic control, semi-automatic control and manual control, a control mode can be chosen from the group, comprising an independent control of each of the mentioned units, control of each of the mentioned units depending on control of the other unit in couples, control of each of the mentioned units depending on control of all the other units, and the each of the mentioned units operating mode can be chosen from the group, comprising continuous, discontinuous and wave action. The patients condition monitoring facilities comprise, at least, a blood pressure measuring device and a heart rate measuring device.
