It is intended to provide a magnetic induction drug delivery system appropriately usable for clinical purposes by which a magnetic drug intravenously administered to a patient can be induced to an affected part in the patients body. To induce a magnetic drug to the affected part in the patients body, blood vessels from the heart to the affected part are extracted from a three-dimensional blood flow image picked up with a diagnostic imaging system and the branching points of the extracted vessels are specified. By using the data of the blood vessel branching points having been specified on the three-dimensional blood flow image as described above, a magnetic field generator is located while controlling the migration thereof at such a position as inducing the magnetic drug into a blood vessel toward the affected part at a branching point of the patients blood vessels as described above.
