PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell separation vessel for taking out a block-shaped cell pellet without refloating an obtained concentrated cell by centrifugation capable of easily transplanting in an affected part of a patient.SOLUTION: The cell separation vessel includes: a bottomed cylindrical vessel body having an opening part at a bottom； and a cap 3 attachably/detachably provided at the bottom for sealing the opening part. The cap 3 attached to the vessel body includes: a storing part 5 for connecting a space in the vessel； a communicating hole 4 for opening the storing part 5 to the outside； and a check valve 8 provided on the communicating hole 4.
