PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nasogastric tube structure capable of inserting a nasoscope into a stomach part. A nasogastric tube structure includes a hollow first tube body 1, a sandwiching member 2, and a positioning member 3. Openings 11 are provided at both front and rear ends of the first tubular body 1. The opening 11 at the front end has the shape of a diaphragm. The first tubular body 1 is formed by penetrating one or more through holes 13 in the tubular wall at a position adjacent to the opening 11 at the front end. In the first pipe body 1, a fitting groove 15 adjacent to the opening 12 at the rear end is formed on the pipe wall. The holding member 2 has two positioning step portions 21 corresponding to each other. A ring step portion 22 having a C-shaped cross section is provided between the two positioning step portions 21. The ring step portion 22 is fitted and installed so as to correspond to the fitting groove 15 of the first tubular body 1. The positioning member 3 is fitted onto the two positioning step portions 21 at the same time, and the two positioning step portions 21 are brought as close as possible to each other to generate a pinching force on the ring step portion 22.
