PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for rehanging a shoulder belt of a wheelchair on a platform from a temporary hanging mechanism to a connection fixing part in a compartment.SOLUTION: The wheelchair loading/unloading device for vehicles comprises: a platform on which the wheelchair is placed link arms that are vertically turnably provided at a position of an entrance of a vehicle, are upward turned to an erecting state to lift the platform to a height position where the platform is storable into a compartment from the entrance, and downward turned to a brought-down state to lower the platform to a road surface position and a seat belt device that uses a shoulder belt of the wheelchair on the platform by hanging it to a temporary hanging mechanism outside the compartment, and uses the shoulder belt by hanging it to a connection fixing part provided at an upper part of the entrance, with the platform stored in the compartment.
