1. A method of producing fried instant noodles, including: performing a frying treatment by placing the noodle string in a holding container and immersing the noodle string in oil in the frying tank; removing the noodle briquette obtained by frying from the oil in the frying tank; turning the holding container upside down upside down for 15 seconds after removing the noodle cake from the oil, to turn the noodle cake upside down; and transporting the noodle cake in a state in which the noodle cake is contained in the holding container. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the frying is carried out by placing the gelled noodle string in a holding container and immersing the noodle string in oil in a frying tank. A method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the holding container has a lid having a plurality of openings. A method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising: maintaining a state in which the noodle cake contained in the holding container is turned upside down for at least 15 seconds; changing the direction of movement of the noodle cake contained in the holding container so that to direct the opening of the holding container up; and separating the noodle cake from the holding container by turning the holding container with the opening facing up to cause the noodle cake to fall onto the exit conveyor. 5.
