Cosmetic use, during a weight loss nutritional diet, of a combination comprising at least a first and a second nutritional agents for inducing weight loss to restore, maintain and promote good esthetic condition of skin and/or its annexes and to promote weight loss, is claimed. The nutritional agents are implemented simultaneously, separately or sequentially and are, respectively, administered at a dose for a period of time unable to induce weight loss. Independent claims are included for: (1) a cosmetic method for restoring, maintaining and promoting good esthetic condition of the skin and hair and/or the annexes, and promoting weight loss, during a weight loss nutritional diet, comprising administering, to an individual, the combination of the first and second nutritional agents； and (2) an assembly to implement the method, comprising, separately packaged, a first combination comprising at least glucomannan, a second combination comprising vitamins B3 and B8, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and fibers, and a third combination comprising calcium, glucosamine, phenolic extract of pine and green tea extract.
