There is disclosed is a lipstick arrangement including a casing including a first part including a carrier therein, wherein a lipstick bullet is mounted on the carrier； a second part, the first part and the second part configured to be mutually rotatable, wherein the carrier is coupled in operation to the first part and the second part, and configured to move in an axial direction in response to a rotation of at least one of the first part relative to the second part； and a protruding element attached to the second part； and a protective covering that covers when in operation the first part of the casing, to provide protection for the lipstick bullet.
