PURPOSE: An UV sterilizing equipment and a water bottle are provided to maximize the sterilizing effect by effectively radiating UV to the water by constructing an UV equipment and peripheries in the water bottle.CONSTITUTION: An UV sterilizing equipment and a water bottle are manufactured by minding a sterilizer joint(31) of an UV sterilizing equipment(30) to a water bottle or a main body connection part(12) at a lower part of a beverage bottle. The UV sterilizing equipment comprises a sterilizer joint including a helix in the inside or outside of a top portion a UV generating apparatus(70) in an inner space part(62) and one or more UV radiation units(60) equipped in the UV sterilizing equipment. A battery(45) is equipped at a lower part of the UV radiation apparatus, and an electric induction part(4) equipped with a rectifier in which induced electricity is rectified in an induction coil by equipping an electricity induction coil.
