A cooking oven (6) has a water reservoir (1), a heater pipe (2), a universal union (3) and a jet pipe (4) located within the oven chamber. One end of the heater pipe (2) is joined to the reservoir (1) floor, while the other end is joined to the first end (31) of the universal union (3). The second (32) of the universal union (31) is joined to the reservoir (1) top side. The third end (33) of the universal union (3) is joined to the jet pipe (4). A heater (21) evaporates water within the heater pipe (2). Steam flows through the pipe (2) through the union (3) third end (33) to the jet pipe (4) holes (41) into the oven chamber (6). Condensation returns to the reservoir (1) from the union (3) second end (32).
