PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article where the whole parts of elastic members in side panels are easily and uniformly extended in a horizontal direction.SOLUTION: A disposable wearing article with a disposable diaper 1 as one example includes: side panels 31a, 31b elastic areas 33a, 33b formed in the side panels 31a, 31b and fasters 41a, 41b extending in a horizontal direction B from the side panels 31a, 31b. In the elastic areas 33a, 33b, multiple lines of elastic members 37 in an extension state are extended in the horizontal direction B mutually in parallel. Hook members 45 are attached to non-extendable base sheets 40 in the fasters 41a, 41b.
