A compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein, all symbols are as defined in the specification), salt thereof, solvate thereof or their prodrugs, or a mixture with diastereomer thereof in any ration, or cyclodexdrin clarthate thereof, has an action on the contraction of bladder detrusor and the relaxation of urinary sphincter, and is useful to improve the dysfunction of bladder contraction and/or urinary tract relaxation, such as underactive bladder. Further, the compound of this invention has a less side-effect risk for urinary system, circulating system and digestive system, and an excellent pharmakinetics such as oral absorption and the like.
