PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic capable of producing excellent usability and a three-dimensional appearance of lips while appropriately suppressing gloss of lips in the finish of makeup when applied. SOLUTION: (A) 12 to 35% by mass of a powder composition other than a colored pigment, wherein 40% by mass or more is composed of one or more selected from silicone powder, urethane powder, and nylon powder. B) A lip cosmetic containing 44% by mass or more of an oil having a viscosity of 15 to 100 mPa · s and a liquid oil having a viscosity of 15 to 100 mPa · s of 50 to 68% by mass.
