PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic easy to take by an applicator in use, easy to spread on the skin, imparting moist feeling to the skin, and hardly causing cracks or the like by a shock such as falling.SOLUTION: This solid powder cosmetic contains 10-25 mass% of oil-phase component and 75-95 mass% of powder component.
