PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-oil type lip cosmetic which has no stickiness, has excellent anti-color staining property, and also has good stability.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an oil-in-oil type lip cosmetic containing (A) 20-45 mass% of phenyl modified silicone； (B) 20-60 mass% of a non-volatile ester oil having a viscosity of 5000 mPa s or more at 30°C, and having no compatibility with the component (A) in 120°C； (C) dextrin fatty acid ester； (D) volatile hydrocarbon； and (E) 1-10 mass% of alkyl glyceryl ether modified silicone represented by the formula (1) having a viscosity of 1000 mPa s or more at 30°C.
