A yellow okra baking method, which includes selecting a yellow okra and cleaning it cutting the yellow okra into a plurality of blocks with a plurality of through holes inside evenly placing the blocks on a bakeware and then placing it into an oven for a first baking so as to form a plurality of first bakeries cooling, reducing the temperature and air-drying the first bakeries at room temperature conducting a second baking so that the first bakeries form a plurality of bakery products after the second baking.
