It comprises in vivo cultivation method in Pot/Polybag under the net house condition. Composition of the potting mixture, placing of inoculums in pot/polybag and selection of dual host plant is so designed that to give maximum root biomass and mycorrhizal spore & inoculum in minimum period of cultivation time.
