PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel floating fish reef for upwelling deep water on the Japanese exclusive economic zone by natural energy power, for providing a preferable fishing ground, to provide an annular fishing floating island having therein the floating fish reef, and to provide a tidal wave countermeasure linear annular fishing floating island in which the annular fishing floating islands are coupled with a coupling member.SOLUTION: Provided are a floating fish reef characterized that: it comprises a sea water circulation pipe having a sea water discharge opening on a lower part of a sea water surface on an upper part and having a sea water take-in opening on a lower part, and taking deep water from the sea water take-in opening by natural energy power, then discharging the deep water from the sea water discharge opening, an annular fishing floating island having the floating fish reef therein, and a tidal wave countermeasure linear annular fishing floating island, in which the annular fishing floating islands are coupled with a coupling member.SELECTED DRAWING: None
