PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating fish bank for supplying light capable of growing a seaweed bed on a fish reef body, even when the fish reef body is installed in the sea.SOLUTION: A floating fish bank includes: an offshore power generator 2； a transmission cable 3 for transmitting electricity generated by the offshore power generator 2； a fish reef body 4 constituted by including wood 16 or bamboo, and floating at a prescribed water depth which is deeper than a water depth of 50 m； and LEDs 6 for emitting light by using electricity transmitted through the transmission cable 3, and illuminating the fish reef body 4 with the light.
