PURPOSE: Feed and drinking water containing the conifer byproduct are provided to use byproducts of conifer which is not used in a stockbreeding field. CONSTITUTION: 10-40 wt% of conifer byproduct and 5-10 wt% of sodium sulfite are boiled in water to obtain conifer byproduct liquid. The conifer byproduct liquid is mixed with sugar, water is diluted, and the acidity of the conifer byproduct liquid is adjusted into 6.0-7.0. The conifer byproduct liquid is mixed with an inorganic nutrient. The conifer byproduct liquid is mixed with yeast, lactic acid bacteria, and photosynthetic bacteria for fermenting. The fermentation of the conifer byproduct liquid is conducted at 30-55°;C while stirring at 90-110 rpm for 72 hours in the aerobic condition. The yeast, lactic acid bacteria, and photosynthetic bacteria contains 2-20 wt% of the total conifer byproduct liquid.
