SOLUTION: As a spool drive control device for an electric reel for fishing in which a spool is rotationally driven by a motor, a rotational state reproduction parameter for reproducing the rotational state of the spool and the rotational state reproduction according to a user's operation. A duration parameter indicating the duration for continuously rotating and driving the spool according to the parameter, and a stop time parameter indicating the stop time from the end of the duration indicated by the duration parameter to the start of the next duration. Each parameter is configured to include a parameter setting unit for setting each parameter as the first drive control information, and a spool drive control unit for performing spool drive control based on the drive control information.
