The present invention relates to a Bifidobacterium bifidum inducing regulatory T cells (Treg), a polysaccharide derived from Bifidobacterium bifidum, and a probiotic strain producing a polysaccharide and, more particularly, to a polysaccharide containing β-1-6-glucan as an effective ingredient, a probiotic strain producing β-1-6-glucan, a therapeutic agent and a food comprising the polysaccharide or strain as an effective ingredient for alleviation of immune disease or inflammatory disease, a method for preparing induced regulatory T cells (iTreg) by treatment with the polysaccharide or strain, and a cell therapy product for prevention or treatment of immune disease or inflammatory disease, comprising the induced regulatory T cells prepared by the method.본 발명은 조절 T 세포 (Treg)를 유도하는 비피도박테리움 비피덤 및 비피도박테리움 비피덤에서 유래된 다당체 및 다당체를 생산하는 프로바이오틱균주에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 β-1-6-glucan을 유효성분으로 함유하는 다당체, β-1-6-glucan을 생산하는 프로바이오틱균주, 상기 다당체 또는 균주를 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역 질환 또는 염증성 질환의 개선용 식품, 치료제, 상기 다당체 또는 균주를 처리하여 유도 조절 T 세포 (iTreg)를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 유도 조절 T 세포를 포함하는 면역 질환 또는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 세포치료제에 관한 것이다.
