The present invention relates to Bifidobacterium bifidum inducing Treg, polysaccharides derived from Bifidobacterium bifidum, and probiotic strains producing the polysaccharides, and more specifically, relates to a method for manufacturing iTreg by treating a polysaccharide containing β-1-6-glucan as an active ingredient, a pro-biotic strain producing β-1-6-glucan, food for improving an immunological disease or an inflammatory disease containing the polysaccharide or the strain as an active ingredient, a medicine, the polysaccharide, or the strain, and a cell medicine for for preventing or treating an immunological disease or inflammatory disease comprising Treg manufactred thereby.본 발명은 조절 T 세포 (Treg)를 유도하는 비피도박테리움 비피덤 및 비피도박테리움 비피덤에서 유래된 다당체 및 다당체를 생산하는 프로바이오틱균주에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 β-1-6-glucan을 유효성분으로 함유하는 다당체, β-1-6-glucan을 생산하는 프로바이오틱균주, 상기 다당체 또는 균주를 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역 질환 또는 염증성 질환의 개선용 식품, 치료제, 상기 다당체 또는 균주를 처리하여 유도 조절 T 세포 (iTreg)를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 유도 조절 T 세포를 포함하는 면역 질환 또는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 세포치료제에 관한 것이다.
