According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lesion diagnosis device comprises: an input unit receiving images with regard to a lesion to be diagnosed； a region of interest extraction unit extracting a region of interest corresponding to the lesion from the received images； and a diagnosis unit inputting the extracted region of interest and diagnosing the lesion by using a first neural network outputting at least one lesion figure as an indicator for diagnosing severity of the lesion.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 병변 진단 장치는, 진단하고자 하는 병변에 대한 이미지를 입력 받는 입력부, 상기 입력된 이미지에서 상기 병변에 해당하는 관심 영역을 추출하는 관심 영역 추출부 및 상기 추출된 관심 영역을 입력으로 하고, 상기 병변의 중증도를 진단하기 위한 지표로서 적어도 하나의 병변 수치를 출력으로 하는 제1 신경망을 이용하여 상기 병변을 진단하는 진단부를 포함할 수 있다.
