The present invention relates to a device and a method for diagnosis support on a lesion by presenting a comparison image. According to an embodiment, the device includes: a reference image determining part determining an image, from which a region interest is detected, among multiple images, received from an image collecting device a candidate image extracting part extracting at least one candidate image about the determined reference image a comparison image selecting part selecting at least one comparison image to support the diagnosis of the region of interest among candidate images and an interface part providing a result of outputting the reference image and the selected comparison image to a user.
