The load monitor includes a control module and a monitoring module. A monitoring end of the monitoring module is connected to a signal output end of the core. An output end of the monitoring module is connected to an input end of the control module. A control end of the control module is connected to an input end of the monitoring module. An output end of the control module is connected to a control end of the LDO. An output end of the LDO is connected to a voltage input end of the core. The control module is configured to control the monitoring module to operate or power off.
