PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembly man-hours, to improve durability, and to more effectively provide the effect of germanium and the effect of a magnet.SOLUTION: A permanent magnet magnetic therapeutic device 10 for domestic use includes a permanent magnet storage case 200 having a permanent magnet storage part 211 in the inside and a permanent magnet 101, and is used by sticking the permanent magnet storage case 200 in which the permanent magnet 101 is stored in the permanent magnet storage part 211 to the skin. The permanent magnet storage case 200 is formed using germanium, and the permanent magnet storage part 211 is in a recessed shape having an opening surface 211a and a bottom surface 211b and is formed in the permanent magnet storage case 200 in such a manner that the opening surface 211a is positioned on a second surface 230 on the opposite side of a first surface 220 on the side to be in contact with the skin of the permanent magnet storage case 200 and the bottom surface 211b is positioned at a prescribed depth in the direction of the first surface 220 from the opening surface 211a.
