[Problem] To provide a device for automatically opening the ovarian membrane of salmon roe, the device capable of automatically and continuously opening the ovarian membranes of salmon roe without injuring roe granules.[Solution] The present invention is configured from: a transfer unit (9) which has a transfer region (8) for transferring salmon roe (100) from an input region (4) to a discharge region (6) and has an opening (17) at a predetermined position of the transfer region (8) a membrane attraction unit (24) which is disposed below the transfer unit and provided with a suction port facing the opening and attracts the ovarian membrane (101) of the transferred salmon roe from the opening and a membrane split unit (30) which protrudes above a transfer surface (14) from the opening provided in the transfer unit and splits the ovarian membrane of the salmon roe attracted by the membrane attraction unit.
