PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which enables the formation of an elastic stretch part along an oblique direction without using oscillation of an elastic member.
SOLUTION: An elasticity sheet includes an oblique stretch part extending along a crossing direction to an MD direction and CD direction. In its production method, a net-like elastic member 30 formed to be sheet-like is fixed on a substrate sheet 20A, 20B with stretched state in the MD direction and CD direction, and a part along both edges of the oblique stretch part of the net-like elastic member 30 at least is cut off so that its contractile force could be weak and a part 31 located at the oblique stretch part could not be cut off.
