PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a flexible structure of an absorbent article, the method that prevents a resilient elastic member from being cut by welding processing.SOLUTION: The problem is solved as follows: an elongated resilient elastic member 19 arranged to be continued between a first sheet layer 21 and a second sheet layer 22 and in an MD direction therebetween is passed between a first roll 90 with a joining protrusion 91 provided in the circumferential direction at intervals on an outer circumferential surface and a second roll 92 opposed to the first roll 90 a sheet joint 70 is formed so as to intersect with the resilient elastic member 19 and at intervals in the MD direction by the welding of the first sheet layer 21 and the second sheet layer 22 by pressing and heating grooves 92d continuing in the circumferential direction are formed on the pressing surface of the second roll 92 a passage part of the resilient elastic member 19 is pressed and heated in a position containing the grooves 92d of the second roll 92 and a non-passage part of the resilient elastic member 19 is pressed and heated in the position other than the grooves 92d of the second roll 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】溶着加工による弾性伸縮部材の切断を防止する。【解決手段】上記課題は、外周面に接合凸部91が周方向に間隔を空けて設けられた第1ロール90と、この第1ロール90に対向する第2ロール92との間に、第1シート層21、第2シート層22及びこれらの間にMD方向に連続するように配された細長状の弾性伸縮部材19を通して加圧・加熱することにより、第1シート層21及び第2シート層22の溶着によるシート接合部70を弾性伸縮部材19と交差するように且つMD方向に間隔を空けて形成するにあたり、第2ロール92の加圧面に周方向に連続する溝92dを形成し、弾性伸縮部材19の通過部位を第2ロール92の溝92dを含む位置で加圧・加熱し、弾性伸縮部材19の非通過部位を第2ロール92の溝92d以外の位置で加圧・加熱する、ことにより解決される。【選択図】図13
