PURPOSE: A rice cake molding apparatus is provided to enable users to produce rice cake with various shapes and sizes. CONSTITUTION: A molding unit is detachably attached to an inlet of an extruding pipe using a locking unit which is installed on both sides of the extruding pipe (1). An extruding hole cover (2) includes a combining groove (201) around an outlet of an extruding hole (102) for discharging rice cake. A frame fixture (3) is fitted to the combining groove of the extruding hole cover. A molding frame is fitted to a frame mounting groove (301) formed inside the frame fixture, and forms a molding hole (401). A speed reduction motor (5) is installed on the front side of a rice extruding device. A blade fixing stand (503) includes a rotary blade (504). A first bracket (601) is installed on the inlet of the extruding pipe. A second bracket (602) is combined to a third long hole (604a) on a third bracket (603) using a bolt. A fourth bracket (604) forms a final outlet of the molded rice cake.본 발명은 떡 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 떡 압출장치의 압출관(1) 출구에 설치되어 떡 압출장치에서 압출되는 떡을 일정한 단면 형상으로 압출 성형하는 성형부와； 성형부에서 일정한 단면 형성으로 압출 성형되는 떡을 떡의 압출 방향과 직각 방향으로 회전하는 회전칼날(504)을 이용해 일정한 길이로 연속 절단하는 절단부와； 절단부를 떡 압출장치의 압출관(1) 전방에 설치하기 위한 설치대로 구성함으로써 다양한 모양의 성형틀을 신속하고 간편하게 성형틀을 교체할 수 있기 때문에 떡 압출장치를 통해 연속 배출되는 떡을 다양한 모양으로 성형할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 성형틀을 통해 압출 성형되는 떡을 연속적으로 절단할 수 있도록 함으로써 다양한 모양의 떡볶이용 떡 제조가 가능하고 떡볶이용 떡의 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
