PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely estimate the responding condition to a surrounding environment of a driver.SOLUTION: The correlation between the change of a driving scene in the surrounding environment of drivers own vehicle and the change of a living body of the driver are taken, the influence of the change of the living body of the driver not based on the surrounding environment of drivers own car can be suppressed because the driving responding condition of the driver is estimated from the correlation.
