The invention relates to the use of amino acid derivatives corresponding to formula (I) below: in which: AA is a peptide sequence composed of 1 to 12 amino acid chosen from the following: with n = 1, 2, 3 as agents for treating human perspiration in a cosmetic composition. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for treating perspiration and possibly the body odour associated with human perspiration, especially underarm odour. The invention also relates to novel amino acid derivatives and to cosmetic or dermatological compositions containing them.Linvention concerne lutilisation de dérivés dacides aminés de la formule (I), dans laquelle AA est une séquence peptidique composée de 1 à 12 acides aminés choisis parmi les acides aminés (1) à (5), avec n = 1, 2, 3, comme agents pour traiter la transpiration chez lhumain, dans une composition cosmétique. Linvention concerne également un processus cosmétique pour traiter la transpiration et éventuellement lodeur corporelle associée à la transpiration chez lhumain, notamment lodeur axillaire.
