PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial bone replenishing jig capable of replenishing an artificial bone material for a target region up to a deep part of a body in an operative field while controlling a replenishing amount with no scattering or falling to the surrounding when a powdery or granular artificial bone material is replenished to a bone defective part.SOLUTION: In an artificial bone replenishing jig, a hollow space for storing an artificial bone material is provided to a body 61 of the device, and the body 61 includes a replenishing port 62 for storing the artificial bone material and a discharge port 63 for discharging the stored artificial bone material to the outside. When the body 61 is set horizontal in a usage state, the replenishing port 62 and the discharge port 63 have a positional relationship that the replenishing port 62 is located at a higher position and the discharge port 63 is located at a lower position based on the horizontal plane. The discharge port 63 has a shutter 64, and the shutter 64 is connected to a lever 65 by a connection material. By the operation of the lever 65, the shutter 64 is opened/closed, and the artificial bone material is discharged from the discharge port 63 to the outside.
