A balloon dilatation catheter with an anti-twist outer tube is formed by connecting a handle (1), a hypotube (2), an outer tube (3), a balloon (4), and a balloon tip (5) in turn. An inner tube (6), connected to the outer tube (3) and the balloon tip (5), is disposed in the balloon (4). A guide wire inlet (31) is provided on a side wall of the outer tube (3). An enhanced outer tube (32) is disposed at a tube wall layer of the outer tube (3) from a connection end of the hypotube (2) to the guide wire inlet (31). During an operation, the balloon dilatation catheter is pushed on along a guide wire, and is rotated from time to time to achieve the purpose of being pushed on and passing a narrow portion smoothly.
