PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a disposable micronozzle made of a resin can be easily manufactured with an excellent yield without using a die including a minute recess for which the ruggedness of the outer side shape of a nozzle is inverted as before.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a micronozzle including a projection part having a micropore in the inside. The method for manufacturing a micronozzle includes the steps of: (a) disposing a resin body on an elastic body whose rubber hardness degree is ≤50 (b) puncturing a fine needle through the resin body to the elastic body while performing heating from the back surface side of the elastic body at a temperature higher than a softening temperature of the resin body (c) continuing heating while the fine needle is punctured, performing cooling thereafter and solidifying the resin body and (d) taking out the solidified resin body from the fine needle and the elastic body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のようにノズルの外側形状を凹凸反転させた微細な凹部を含む金型を用いることなく、樹脂から作られる使い捨て可能な微細ノズルを簡便かつ歩留まりよく製造し得る方法を提供する。【解決手段】内部に微細孔を有する突起部を備えた微細ノズルの製造方法であって、(a) ゴム硬度が50以下の弾性体上に樹脂体を配置する工程と、(b) 前記弾性体の裏面側から前記樹脂体の軟化温度より高い温度で加熱しながら、微細針を前記樹脂体を貫通して前記弾性体に穿刺する工程と、(c) 前記微細針を穿刺した状態で加熱を継続し、その後冷却して樹脂体を固化する工程と、(d) 固化した樹脂体を前記微細針および前記弾性体から取り出す工程とを含む微細ノズルの製造方法。【選択図】図1
