PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain alignment with high stability.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: acquisition means which illuminates an eye to be inspected with light to acquire information on the eye to be inspected; movement means which moves the acquisition means relatively to the eye to be inspected; first positioning means which performs positioning between the acquisition means and the eye to be inspected by controlling the movement means to move the acquisition means relatively to the eye to be inspected within a first moving area; restriction means which restricts a moving area of the acquisition means by the movement means to a second moving area smaller than the first moving area by controlling the movement means, when a position relationship between the acquisition means and the eye to be inspected satisfies a first condition by the first positioning means; and determination means which determines the size of the second moving area on the basis of the movement of the eye to be inspected.
