A loss prevention film(180) is covering the upper side of the culture pot.본 발명은 배양포트(100)를 이용하여 수목을 수생적응시키는 방법에 있어서, 다수개의 관통공(150)이 형성된 배양포트(100)의 내부에 배양토(200)를 넣고 수목의 묘목(P) 또는 씨앗을 식재하는 단계, 상기 수목의 묘목(P) 또는 씨앗이 식재된 배양포트(100)를 내부에 배양수(W)가 채워진 배양수조(300)에 안착시키는 단계, 일정기간을 두고 상기 배양수조(300)의 수심을 단계적으로 높이면서 수생적응시키는 단계, 수생적응된 상기 수목의 묘목(P) 및 배양포트(100)를 조경할 강바닥,하천바닥, 강가, 하천가, 연못, 저수지 또는 습한 지반에 식재하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
