To provide a nutriculture member and method capable of properly supplying a nutritious fluid and oxygen even in a rhizosphere environment in a culture initial stage, improving growth of a root, and securing yield of leaf vegetable and fruit/vegetable.SOLUTION: A nutriculture member 1 comprises: a culture bed layer 2； a planting panel plate 3； a seedling trestle 4； a waterproof sheet 5； a hydrophilic sheet 6； and a sprinkling member (water sprinkling tube 7). A seedling root pot 9 is mounted on the seedling trestle 4 through a planting hole 3a of the planting panel plate 3, then, the nutritious fluid is discharged to a top part 4c of the seedling trestle 4 and the seedling root pot 9 from the sprinkling member (water sprinkling tube 7), then, the nutritious fluid is made to flow to a bottom face 2b of the culture bed 2 for growing plant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】栽培初期の未発達な根圏環境においても養液及び酸素の供給を適切に行うことができ、根の発達を向上させ、葉菜類や果菜類の収穫量を確保することが可能である養液栽培用部材及び養液栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】養液栽培用部材１は、栽培ベッド槽２と、定植パネル板３と、苗架台４と、防水性シート５と、親水性シート６と、散水部材（散水チューブ７）とを有する。定植パネル板３の植え穴３ａを通して苗根鉢９を苗架台４の上に載せ、散水部材（散水チューブ７）から苗根鉢９及び苗架台４の天頂部４ｃに向って養液を放出させると共に、栽培ベッド２の底面２ｂに養液を流すことにより植物を生育させる。【選択図】図１
