PURPOSE: A peeling apparatus for green onion is provided to automatically peel the green onion peel and automatically remove the left leaf separated from the root during the peeling process to pack. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second delivery belt unit are arranged top and bottom to deliver the green onion. A high pressure peeling apparatus sprays high pressure water or high pressure air to the root of the green onion to peel. The third and the forth delivery belt units (320, 340) are arranged up and down to be delivered and inserted between the root of green onion. A secondary spraying unit (370) sprays air to remove left leaf separated from the root. A secondary processing unit (300) has a more secondary frame (310) which installed the third and the forth delivery belt as well as the secondary spraying unit. The supporting frame (311) is supported to the supporting surface. A sliding frame (313) is installed to slide according to the longitudinal direction of the green onion. The peeling frame is installed with the first and the second delivery belt unit and a high pressure peeling unit.본 발명은 자동으로 뿌리를 절단하고 껍질을 벗겨내며, 잔 이파리를 자동 제거할 수 있는 파 탈피장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 파 탈피장치는 파의 뿌리부분의 껍질을 벗겨내기 위한 탈피유닛과, 상기 탈피유닛을 통과하여 탈피된 파에서 뿌리로부터 분리된 잔 이파리를 제거하기 위한 보조처리유닛을 구비하되, 상기 탈피유닛은 파를 이송하도록 상하로 배열된 제1, 제2 이송벨트부와, 상기 제1, 제2 이송벨트부의 사이에 끼워져 일측에서 타측으로 파가 이송되는 동안 파의 뿌리에 고압수 또는 고압공기를 분사하여 껍질을 벗기는 고압탈피부를 포함하고, 상기 보조처리유닛은 탈피유닛을 통과한 파의 뿌리부분이 사이에 끼워져 이송되도록 상하로 배열되는 제3, 제4 이송벨트부와, 상기 제3, 제4 이송벨트부의 상부 또는 하부에서 물 또는 공기를 분사하여 상기 뿌리로부터 분리된 잔 이파리를 제거하는 보조분사부를 구비한다.
