PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of adjusting fine planting timing with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: a transmission switching case part 25 having a driving output shaft 91a outputting driving force for driving a planting part, for changing an on-off action of the driving force and a state of the non-constant velocity rotation of the driving output shaft and a speed change control case part 80 incorporating a timing change gear group having a first timing change gear 81 fixed to an output connecting shaft 83 connected to the driving output shaft of the transmission switching case part, and a second timing change gear 82 engaged with the first timing change gear and pivotally supported by an intermediate rotating shaft 84 outputting rotary driving force to the planting part.
